Regional Sales Representative – Mid-West and Northeastern US
Blace is a graduate of Belmont Abbey College, where he played collegiate baseball. He has built his career in the asphalt industry from the ground up—working at both the plant and crew levels to gain hands-on experience in loading transports, operations, production, and plant management. His background also includes regional sales experience in Ohio, giving him a well-rounded perspective that combines field expertise, production knowledge, and customer relationships.
Having solidified his role within the asphalt industry, Blace’s span has reached the propane and butane network, where he continues to foster relationships that support Puryear’s progressive growth throughout the Mid-west and Northeastern US.
Outside of work, Blace enjoys traveling to new destinations, exploring golf courses around the world, and savoring local cuisine. For him, the joy of travel and golf is as much about the people he shares it with as it is about the experiences themselves.

Regional Sales Representative - Colorado and Western US
Originally from Fort Collins, Matt spent much of his childhood in the Nebraska Panhandle before returning to Colorado’s Front Range as a teenager.
With a strong background in transportation and logistics, Matt has held key roles as a truck driver, route supervisor, and general manager. He has led large-scale operations of more than 100 employees, overseeing fleet scheduling, route optimization, and safety initiatives that significantly improved efficiency and compliance. His ability to understand both the customer’s perspective and the operational side of logistics allows him to deliver practical, results-driven solutions and build lasting relationships.
Outside of work, the husband and proud father of two enjoys spending time with his family, coaching youth football, traveling, and playing golf. Whether it’s a weekend at home or time outdoors, he values experiences that keep him active, connected, and grounded to his strong family values.
